Residential Advisors:  High School Diploma/ GED required. Full-time and part-time positions open, three shifts available 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; 4 p.m. to 12 midnight; 12 midnight to 8 a.m. Will be working directly with and supervising youth. Must have patience and compassion. Duties include implementation of day-to-day activities, completion of intakes and discharges, and proper maintenance of case records. Must encourage and practice the following critical competencies: organization and priority setting, flexibility, two-way communication, teamwork, relationship building, valuing diversity, developing self and others, critical thinking and judgment, and technical expertise. Full time staff receive benefits. The starting pay for this position is $9.00 an hour.  Drug and background test required.
